SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped using Australia Post / EMS Standard or Express on request.
Wholesale Volume Orders are sent DHL Express.
Orders are packed safely to eliminate risk of any breakages. However we do not accept any responsibility for anything damaged or lost during transit.
Tracking details are provided to buyers as well we keep a close eye on all shipments providing updates where possible.
RETURNS
Once an order is purchased its your to keep, we strongly recommend buying a sample to test items before larger purchases to avoid any disappointments.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives safely, if customs for some unforeseen reason don't accept the goods into a giving country we are here to support you, if fees occur during this it is the buyers responsibility. Import taxes vary from country to country so for this reason it is the buyers responsibility.
